The lectures and sessions will span from Friday afternoon through Sunday at noon, offering a comprehensive and enriching experience for all attendees. Our program will encompass a diverse range of classes covering techniques, repertoire, style, and even delve into the intricacies of baroque cello, among other exciting topics. Recitals
The Cellobration event promises a rich array of captivating recitals throughout its duration. The festivities commence with faculty recitals on Friday evening, showcasing the talent and experience of our faculty. On Saturday, the musical journey continues with a series of recitals that offer a diverse range of cello performances, further enriching the festival's offerings. However, the highlight of the event falls on Saturday night with the eagerly awaited Guest Artists Recital, featuring world-renowned cellist Charae Krueger and pianist Julie Coucheron who will undoubtedly deliver spellbinding performances that will leave the audience in awe. Closing out the weekend on Sunday are the finals of the competition, featuring participants from the high school and college divisions. These finals are anticipated to be nothing short of spectacular, promising a thrilling showcase of emerging talent and cello virtuosity. The Cellobration recitals promise an unforgettable musical experience for all attendees, celebrating the beauty and versatility of the cello.
